I gave this book four stars because of the valuable content that is very difficult to find anywhere else, at least in English. It has a lot of diagrams and pictures if you're a more visual learner (like myself) and it even has some links to videos in the book too. It presents ideas in a simple to understand format like you would expect to see in a freshman year introduction to IT for business textbook.
